Frederic T. Von der Ahe and Vincent M. Von der Ahe formed Von der Ahe Real Estate Services in 1976 for the purpose of developing and managing commercial real estate in the Southern California market. From its inception in Orange County, over the past four decades, the company has grown its portfolio of commercial, retail and industrial developments north to Los Angeles County, south to northern San Diego County, and east to the Inland Empire of Ontario and Riverside.

Von der Ahe Real Estate Services develops primarily for its own account and for the accounts of a select number of clients. Its purpose is to develop, retain, and manage an ever-increasing portfolio of real estate projects. In order to accomplish this, Von der Ahe Real Estate Services maintains the highest standards of professional management.
